As the Director of Engineering for X0PA AI's Centre of Excellence in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in leading the engineering team and driving state of the art technology leadership and project delivery to our clients in the region. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the timely delivery of robust and scalable software solutions., Technical Leadership:. Act as a key contributor to the development and execution of the company's technology roadmap and timely project delivery to our clients. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled engineers and technologists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and support individual career development and ensure client delight. Centre of Excellence: Establish and nurture the Centre of Excellence in Singapore, ensuring that it becomes a hub of innovation and excellence in AI-driven recruitment technology. Project delivery: Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases. Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical requirements, priorities, and release schedules. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other key stakeholders, including Product Management, Data Science, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts across the organization. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our software products. Scalability and Performance: Ensure that our solutions are designed and optimized to handle high loads, scaling efficiently to meet the demands of our growing customer base. Budget Management: Manage the engineering budget, making well-informed decisions on resource allocation and technology investments to achieve optimal outcomes.
