**Senior Associate - Consulting - Insurance Vertical**

We are seeking a talented individual to join Aon Inpoint in Asia Pacific - based in Singapore - as a Senior Associate. The role will offer an opportunity to harness your strategic insurance consulting expertise and relationship management skills, whilst working alongside a diverse and close-knit team.

You will be working with a variety of clients that include some of the most influential individuals in the (re)insurance industry; playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their firms.

This role involves a large diversity of activities, involving participating in project work, engaging with cross functional teams and working with key stakeholders. The role requires use and analysis of Aon and market data, requiring you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients.

**What the day will look like**
- Engage with clients directly to identify and prioritise value-maximising strategic initiatives
- Participate in the delivery of consulting projects to help clients to achieve their strategic goals
- Plan and facilitate interviews and workshops with clients and Aon colleagues
- Produce consulting reports and other client deliverables
- Actively participate in the identification and communication of recommendations to clients
- Support the implementation and execution of strategic recommendations
- Support specific aspects of the client relationship alongside other Aon Inpoint colleagues
- Develop your internal network to connect with Aon’s market practitioners as required by client-focused and Aon United initiatives

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

Demonstrating a track record of success, you will be curious, keen to learn and eager to challenge the status-quo with fact-based recommendations.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in consulting, (re)insurance or financial services.
- Interested in the insurance industry, its challenges, and evolutions
- Able to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good communication skills
- Good autonomy and organization
- Able to act with conviction and be a people-influencer with both managers and operational teams
- At ease with analyzing large / complex data sets and distilling useful insights from them
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Tableau and Alteryx proficiency will be viewed favourably, but is not a prerequisite
- Graduate degree in business, finance or equivalent
- Experience working in management consulting, (re)insurance or financial services will be viewed advantageously.
