We are looking for a for a highly qualified CTO (Blockchain) to be based in Singapore. For this role, you will be reporting to our CEO. The incumbent will be responsible to perform all the tasks encompassed in the engineering role and has the experience in leading and managing a team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a focused team and work collaboratively with other groups to make a significant impact on our product.

**Job Specifications**
- Develop the technical vision and engineering roadmap of blockchain from first iteration

concept to enterprise-ready platform.
- Lead and drive implementation of technical strategy that focuses on performance and quality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in the ecosystem to understand their feedback and make

necessary improvements technology.
- Design and deliver improvements to the EVM, popular cloud infra, popular consensus

mechanisms and core technology of the blockchain.
- Responsible to build and deliver on massive distributed systems.
- Responsible to build, deployed and dev ops on large scale platforms/products.
- Experience in building public key cryptography and system security.
- Experience in working specifically on Go and with Rust/JS/NodeJS stacks
- Deliver incremental improvements to the core consensus algorithms.
- Define and implement software engineering best practices (including code quality, unit testing

coverage, quality assurance and idea specifications on development testing release) to

ensure that any technology risks can be addressed before they become points-of-failure.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and training to the engineering team.
- Grow a talented engineering team that emphasizes on innovation, growth & development.
- Keep up to date with the trends in the blockchain space to ensure that technology evolves and remain at the forefront of the industry.
