Overview:
As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Technology Leadership: Provide visionary guidance and leadership in shaping the bank's technology roadmap. Align technology initiatives with business goals to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Digital Transformation: Spearhead the bank's digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for technological advancements and creating strategies for their successful implementation.

Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, fintech trends, and market disruptions. Evaluate their potential impact on the bank and recommend strategic approaches.

Technology Governance: Develop and enforce technology standards, policies, and procedures to ensure security, scalability, and compliance across all technology initiatives.

Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business units, risk management, and compliance, to ensure seamless alignment and execution of technology initiatives.

Vendor and Partner Management: Oversee relationships with technology partners, vendors, and third-party providers. Evaluate partnerships and technologies to enhance the bank's capabilities.

Innovation Ecosystem: Foster a culture of innovation by championing idea generation, experimentation, and agile methodologies. Encourage creative thinking to drive continuous improvement.

Technology Investment: Lead the assessment and prioritization of technology investments. Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI and support business growth.

Cybersecurity and Risk Management: Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure robust cybersecurity measures and risk management protocols are in place.

Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing technology team. Nurture a culture of learning and growth, attracting top tech talent and fostering career development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record (minimum 20 years) in senior technology leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Extensive experience in driving digital transformation, innovation, and technological modernization.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
