**Job Description**:
JOB SUMMARY

You will be part of the NCID Corporate Development team, driving organization development initiatives, developing strategic planning processes and performance measures as well as organizing corporate planning activities and supporting ad-hoc projects. You will contribute to the following:
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SPECIFIC

Drive organization development initiatives to engage NCID stakeholders to inculcate a shared organization culture in line with the NCID values, mission and vision. This includes fostering collaborative high performance multi-disciplinary teams that could response effectively to disease outbreaks.
Develop and implement strategic planning processes and performance measures to align all the departments in NCID as well as to national strategic directions from MOH. This is to support the development of NCID as a centre of excellence in infectious disease regionally and internationally.
Support the engagement of infectious disease experts across Singapore and the region to help develop a cohesive network that would enhance capability in the area of infectious diseases. This may include organizing networking events, visits or conferences to bring together such experts from across Singapore and the region. This may include developing memorandum of understanding or collaborative agreements to formalize an established relationship.
Support the secretariat functions for NCID Board Institution Committee and monthly Senior Leadership Meeting.
General administration and implementation of a variety of projects assigned to the department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage; organisation development, corporate planning or corporate communications
Experience in healthcare would be an advantage
Excellent in writing and communication skills
Team-player with a positive attitude
Good interpersonal skills
