
Corporate Governance Manager

1. Providing secretariat, corporate governance, and business support to the regional management.
2. Ensuring organizational policies and guidelines are up to date and aligned with the Corporate Governance Framework to ensure compliance with group and statutory requirements.
3. Supporting enterprise risk management to mitigate organizational risks.
4. Facilitating knowledge transfer to regional subsidiaries to manage approving matters.
6. Providing support for ESG management initiatives in the region.
7. Preparation of Risk Report for Regional Headquarters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting / Business Administration
- Preference for 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in tax and accounting / legal and compliance / internal audit roles are preferred.
- Work & Personal Attributes: Meticulous / Analytical thinking / Problem-solving / Verbal communication skill / Team-player / Writing skill / Multi-taske
- IT Knowledge: MS Office / MS Excel / MS PowerPoint
- Other attributes/knowledge: Excellent command of English language
