Contribute to IT projects in the banking industry for Antaes clients

**Analysis, development and evaluation activities**:

- Address client tickets (in particular CRM, ebanking/mbanking modules): L3 support.
- Bring technical and functional support to production team during night batch monitoring
- Participate and support key activities such as end of month monitoring and release batch monitoring

**Communication, contact, sales activities support**:

- Communicate with client service to clarify clients tickets/answer clients issues
- Communicate with production team in order to analyse and fix urgent production issues
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar environment as developer or technical expert.
- **Strong proficiency in COBOL and SQL**
- **Familiar with Visual COBOL**
- **Good UNIX scripting knowledge**
- **Good knowledge of GIT**
- Prior experience in a banking environment
- Knowledge of S2i core banking system is a plus
- Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
- High level of commitment, proactivity and good communication skills are expected
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good English proficiency
