F&b Supervisor

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the Coffee House daily operations are run in an order and proper manner.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff to achieve guest's satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving the revenue target by upselling and recommending menu items to guests.
- Assist and recommend ways to reduce wastage and efficient use of resources.
- Ensure guests are properly served and ensure that staff express courtesy, efficiency in dealing with guests.
- Ensure a harmonious working relationship between colleagues with proper and fair distribution of works load.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

**EDUCATION & REQUIREMENT**
- Possess at least a NITEC or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in related field
- Fluent in spoken English
- Team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High initiative and positive attitude
- Able to work on rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
- No quota for foreigner

**Salary**: $1,900.00 - $2,700.00 per month
