The incumbent will provide institution-wide manpower resource planning and projection including manpower costing to support strategic, developmental and operational plans. Timely provision of quality manpower information and data to support senior leadership decision making and intervention choices is key.- Assist in annual manpower budget exercise, to achieve hospital’s strategic thrusts in collaboration with other stakeholders (Clinical and Administrative Heads of Department) by analysing additional manpower requests from each division and facilitating Management on manpower requests review and approval.
- Collaborate with the respective HR Heads of Department, facilitate the preparation, consolidation, review of annual HR Divisional budget submission leading to approval by Chief HR Officer.
- Collaborate with the respective stakeholders, HR Business Partners and Staffing team, to forecast scholarships and sponsorships requirement, in consideration of high potential and manpower needs.
- Collaborate with respective stakeholders by understanding their needs and provide estimated manpower costing.
- Manage and provide accurate manpower statistics that include, but not limited to, the approved manpower establishment and actual manpower hired.
- Review current manpower data management to improve work efficiency.
- Perform any HR-related projects/duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior(s).

**Job Requirements**
- Educational / Professional Qualifications:
- Recognised Degree in Engineering, or related to Business Analytics or Operations Research will be advantageous
- Relevant Experience & Skills:
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Prior work experience in resource planning or model simulations preferred
- Experience in healthcare industry is advantageous
- Ability to engage and work with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess good analytical (statistic), communication and influencing skills - Logical, resourceful and self-motivated- Flexible, innovative and think out-of-the-box mindset
- Proficient in MS Applications (Words, Excel, Powerpoint). Knowledge in MS Access and VBA programming will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP system, HR modules
- Qualities:
- Team player, strong collaborator with the ability to embrace change
- Independent and responsible, possess initiative to complete tasks assigned
