Call Centre Exp
- Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week including Weekend
- Able to commence work immediate

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Proper recording of conversation with customers in the call centre system
- Achieve individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess Call Centre experience
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented and a good team player
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to work on weekends

Other Information:

- Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Days including weekends (Will have some weekends off)
- Location: Town
- Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
