Roles & Responsibilities
- Tender drawings Preparation (Layouts, Schematic & single line)
- Reviewing Consultant’s design drawings and specifications.
- Supporting the Project team with Technical delivery using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Create 2D and 3D drawings base on contract drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate All MEP services in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Navisworks Platform.
- Prepare Shop/Installation drawings base on coordinated Model.
- Attend the Drawings Coordination Meeting (CAD and BIM)
- Prepare Bill of Materials/Quantity take-off based on the Shop/Installation drawings.
- All the drawings Prepared in time and as per the specifications and quality requirements.
- Shop drawings submission and get approval from the client.
- Working drawings Prepare for site installation.
- Prepare As-built drawings as per site installation and get Approval from the client.
- Manage the drafting departments and control the Records of drawings.
- Prepare Operation Manual Maintenance Drawings Record.
- Maintenance All the Project Drawings and keep Record.
- Control the Drafting Department works. Prepare AutoCAD drawings, such as plans, elevations, sections & details.
- Knowledge of Singapore local codes & regulations.
- Able to work independently and to coordinate with Architects, Designers, Client, and Site team.
- Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
- Must be highly committed and responsible
