Description of Division:
As part of the RPG family, the Child Protective Service (CPS) is a statutory service and it leads in child protection policies and processes to safeguard the safety and well-being of children and young persons in Singapore. The science and art of our work remain very much firmly rooted on keeping children safe from harm, working in partnership with families and stakeholders such as the schools, hospitals and other community partners.

**What you will be working on**
- CPS’s Operations Strategy Branch spearheads efforts to transform CPS into a future-ready and resilient division. Specifically, the Process Innovation team lies at the nexus between strategy and execution, supporting CPS’s transformation journey by re-imagining operations and designing processes with an aim to improve service delivery.
In achieving the above objectives, the team adopts an enterprising spirit and agile mindset, incorporating various multi-disciplinary methodologies such as design
- and systems-thinking to uncover opportunities for meaningful change. The team partners closely with other CPS teams (both frontline and back-of-office), MSF divisions, community agencies and external stakeholders (e.g., commercial vendors etc.) to leverage enablers such as technology to design and implement process innovations.
We are looking for individuals who have a keen desire to translate vision into reality, with a hunger for positive change and the grit to achieve implementation success.

**What we are looking for**
- Functional/Technical Competencies
- Good tertiary qualifications preferably in Social Sciences disciplines
- Prior work or volunteering experience within the social service sector will be an advantage.
