**Sales Support & Administrative Assistant**:

Providing general administrative services, communication support and/or secretarial assistance at local divisions function or business level for Process Automation; Energy Industries at Singapore location. Reporting to Hub service manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Performing complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs, researches, compiles and issues special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
- Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
- Implementing ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coaching, and may have solid line manager responsibility for more junior administration staff.
- Arranging business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc.
- Providing financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, etc.

**Your background**:

- Strong background on electrical industry
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic engineering
- Previous experience in engineering marketing & sales preferred
- Product advisory
- Business presentation delivery
- Team player & being able to coordinate with the various sales teams
