DESIGNATION : [KOTRA] Cross-border Investment Specialist (Korean Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have ownership in FDI(Foreign Direct Investment) into Korea through relationship management with current and potential investors in Singapore and developing potential investors as well as investment projects to Korea.
- Work closely with Singapore-based M&A advisory firms to support Korean investors' overseas acquisition projects sourcing
- Achieve given FDI notification amount quota and other KPIs
- Organize and coordinate FDI-related events, such as Investment Relations(IR), investment roundtable meetings, demo days, and one-on-one business meetings regularly to promote Korea as an investment destination to investors, with the ultimate goal of inducting FDI into Korea
- Arrange business meetings for investment delegations from Korea with Singapore government agencies and Singapore-based potential investors
- Present research findings regarding FDI between Singapore and Korea and Investment landscape research on Singapore/South Asia markets in written form to management
- Maintain CRM up-to-date and update project and support details
- Perform other ad-hoc duties

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in English. (preferential treatment for Korean speakers)
- Experience in cross-border investment would be a plus
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Research ability and experience on issues of international trade, labor, and other economic-related topics
