High-value cross-border disputes and complex legal issues require exceptional legal professionals. Our team specialises in handling intricate cases for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals related to investments from China into other parts of the world.

We also advise and act for clients who have onshore disputes in China, navigating the landscape of Chinese investment laws and regulations.

About the Role:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents in both English and Mandarin
  • Conducting legal research
  • Assisting in managing litigation and arbitration matters
  • Engaging in case strategy development, client advice, and risk assessments
  • Managing court and arbitration timelines, and attending hearings

Requirements:

  • Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience;
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken);
  • Prior experience in dispute resolution with an established law firm;
  • Strong foundation in legal knowledge and analytical skills;
  • Self-motivated;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
