**Job Opportunity: Cross-Border E-Commerce Specialist/Supervisor**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless operations and driving sales growth in Singaporean and Malaysian markets.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities in target regions.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 2 - 8 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce operations field.
  • Strong understanding of international logistics.

Requirements:

  • Effective collaboration with marketing, logistics, customer service, and other teams to enhance the online shopping experience for customers.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and key metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, ROI) to refine strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve cross-border operational issues.
