Supervise and coordinate work activities of cleaning staff in commercial kitchen establishments

To assign duties, inspect work performed by stewards and to ensure conformance to established standards

To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times

To train stewards on tasks and daily routines to ensure quality and efficiency.

Enforce and monitor proper use and cleaning for all kitchen equipment, chemicals, and kitchenware.

Undertake any other responsibilities/tasks/shift as instructed by the management

**Requirements**:
At least 4 years’ of experience in a professional kitchen setting

Good knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals

High level of flexibility and adaptability

Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends

"O" Levels /ITE /Diploma

Able to work in a team in a fast-paced environment
