Responsibilities- Engage with Chairs, Deans and faculty leaders to promote the INSTEP initiative and garner their support and buy-in for the outreach strategies and activities- Collaborate with PACE, Schools and Colleges to develop tailored outreach strategies for Masters and PhD programs- Identify and connect with Indonesian universities for outreach and recruitment activities- Work with partners to create compelling marketing materials including digital campaigns and brochures- Coordinate planning and execution of overseas outreach activities-
- Set measurable KPIs for outreach activities and track progress using specific metrics- Monitor outreach activities and prepare reports on lead generation and enrolment outcomes- Conduct surveys to gather feedback and evaluate outreach effectiveness- Formulate narrative comprising success stories to demonstrate qualitative impact of outreach efforts

Requirements- A recognized university degree in business administration or marketing- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sector- Excellent planning and organization skills- Possess good communication and writing skills-
- A good communicator and team player who is able to engage multiple stakeholders
