**Laboratory Technician / QC Analyst (Jurong Island)**
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
**Location**: Jurong Island **(Company Transport Provided from Jurong East)**
**Employment Type**: Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses on mechanical and physical properties such as tensile strength, hardness, abrasion, MVR, density, and impact.
- Conduct instrumental analyses including FTIR and DSC.
- Prepare test specimens using injection molding and/or extrusion methods.
- Ensure product quality through QC checks on final products according to established procedures.
- Document all test results systematically in compliance with ISO standards.
- Support internal and external ISO audit activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Re-validate and improve testing methodologies for continuous quality improvement.
- Investigate and follow up on customer complaints with proper lab analysis and reporting.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment as scheduled.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of raw materials, retention samples, and documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory.
- Provide technical support to Production, R&D, and Sales teams as needed.
- Monitor and ensure availability of lab consumables to support daily operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holders are preferred for Lab Technician roles; minimum O-Level (with passes in Science and Mathematics) accepted for QC Analyst positions.
- Entry Level are welcome; **on-the-job training will be provided.**:

- **Must be willing to work on Jurong Island**
