**Roles & Responsibilities**

**JOB PURPOSE**

The Operations Executive plays an important role to provide administrative and operational support for the Company.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Work alongside with the Ops Hub Directors and Managers to improve the processes of the division and updating of the SOP
- Provides administrative support and carries out administrative duties to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Ops Hub
- Maintain accurate records and files of administration matters
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy submission by outlets
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Able to liaise and work with service providers and vendors
- Be able to work with the team and or other stakeholders to ensure seamless business execution and to improve or develop digital solutions where required
- To perform ad hoc duties and support extended team members as needed

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative work
- Good organization skills and detail-oriented
- Initiative and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words)
