**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Requisites**
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on **Export Operations Executive** to ensure that all airfreight export activities are conducted within the given timeframe and according to customer expectations.
- Monitor the status of freight and liaise with the respective parties to ensure that shipment is picked up, booked & departs on schedule.
- Work closely with customer-facing colleagues and ensure clear coordination and communication for schedules and related changes;
- Check to ensure that operations are compliant with the company’s processes, customer service levels and airfreight requirements & restrictions;
- Well versed with airline operational requirements:
- Perform accurate execution of documentation & follow up with both internal colleagues and external customers / overseas agents.
- Experience in sourcing for rates from the airlines & quoting to customers is an added advantage
