Being an essential part of the Compliance, this role is to support the Head of Compliance in the oversight of the compliance activities, focusing on the Information Security Management - General Baseline (ISM-GB). This role also provides assistance to the Compliance Senior Executive in the general administration of the compliance plan and activities, as well as to cooperate with other internal stakeholders (Internal Audit and IT) in respect of the ISM-GB audit and compliance matters.

**Your responsibilities**
- To assist in reviewing ISM policy, facilitate ISM Committee meeting and maintain ISM Organizational Chart, ISM Self-Checks and ISM Standards Self-Evaluation Form for contractors.
- To assist in coordinating ISM audits, facilitate re-mediations of audit findings by training staff to make course corrections and prevent future violations.
- To assist in the investigation of Information Security incident/accidents in order to timely report to the management and Headquarters.
- To assist in organizing, designing and delivery of compliance training (ISM, Compliance, etc).
- To assist in preparing and monitoring the annual compliance activities
- The scope of this role may from time to time be extended in line with the extension in the scope of compliance activities, and will be groomed to independently lead the compliance activities related to ISM-GB.
