**What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)**
1) Support PMO of a major Programme in administrative tasks
2) Organise weekly programme review meetings with various stakeholders, includes booking of meeting rooms and taking minutes of meeting.
3) Assist the programme team:
a) In tracking programme financials, including updating of Portfolios.
b) in updating of project financials and statuses for Programme Steering Committee meetings
c) in tracking and submitting accruals. To follow up with PMs to provide supporting documents for accruals submission
d) in tracking and reporting of resources
e) in tracking contract approvals and lodgement of contract.
