We are looking for a highly talented Director to provide business critical insights leveraging analytics, internal coordination and influence to ensure cross functional alignment of goals and execution. Help and support our sales and market development teams drive strategic revenue priorities and new initiatives forward. This role will focus on aligning the regional priorities with effective day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. The incumbent will be instrumental in refining the regional go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy in partnership with regional and global cross regional teams.

**What you'll be spending your time on**:
- Working with Regional head and leadership team to help establish APAC's strategic goals, and then help ensure that's filtered down into markets, business, and product line strategy/GTM
- Align on existing growth initiatives and introduce new ideas to support future growth (e.g. market/geo expansion, fixing operational issues, driving commercial investment, navigating regulatory challenges)
- Partner with growth engine units (B2B, Working Capital, Merchant Services) to help define Go-To-Market & strategy for each product to ensure optimal execution ensuring the required resources are in place, and help with the facilitation into the markets and functions
- Lead the market enablement/program manager team that focuses on key products or business lines (e.g. Merchant Services/Checkout, Cards, B2B) and drive the coordination between global teams, sales teams and cross functional units to accelerate growth and performance against targets. Eliminate sales and operational frictions that might exist. Find ways to implement programs and solutions that will help to scale our business in these core areas.
- Help sharpen go -to-market strategies and drive cross functional projects, including working with Country Managers, Senior Business Development Managers, SMB & Enterprise teams to drive business outcomes
- Lead Product prioritization for the region
- Work with marketing and business to help define and execute the long tail strategy, GTM & portfolio optimization. Take a portfolio view of our long tail customers and drive initiatives and programs that will expand the potential of these customers
- Comfort with data internally to understand trends and a keen eye on external insights to support decision making

**For this role you also have**:
- 10 + years experience in industries such as consulting, strategy and/or development, GTM payments experience & business development/expansion
- A proven track record in the areas of leadership and achievement
- Strong marketing and businesses development capabilities
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
- Stakeholder management experience
- Commercial focus (numbers)
- Good relationship management skills (Relationships builder)
- Strategic mindset and lens to look at the entire business
- High emotional intelligence with demonstrable levels of resilience
- High level of organization and focus and ability to work well under pressure
