**The Opportunity**:
The Head of Product Marketing for the Power Transformers Business in HUB APMEA brings the knowledge of a senior leader and transformer specialist to lead a team of professionals in each Power Transformer Factory that provide tenders and quotations in response to market needs to allow the business to deliver profitable and sustainable growth.

**How you’ll make an impact**:

- You will lead the PMM teams with a focus on operational planning and process development.
- You will take accountable for Supply Side Orders and Order Gross Margin Typically managing through first line managers mainly in function area.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering. A master’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales and Business development and preferably associated with the transformer business.
- The person in this role should have strong technical skills, in addition to the marketing experience.
- Experience in change management, coaching, motivating, and developing diverse technical teams.
- Be willing to travel ~25% Good written and verbal English communication skills, high attention to detail.
- Intercultural sensitiveness is required, with good communication skills in oral and written.
