**About The Role**

We’re launching a recruitment program focused on Software Engineering, which helps to facilitate placements with leading employers in Singapore and across the APAC region. We are looking for Technical Recruiters to join our rapidly growing team, to help us launch this exciting new program. You are a natural problem solver, love working with people and have a great understanding of the tech sector in Singapore and across the region.

You are naturally organised and have experience in recruiting. You have a passion for learning and development, have an excellent working attitude and a growth mindset. You will be joining our team of 17 full time team members in Singapore, based out of our office at The Central. Your role will be leading our recruitment program for software engineers from across the APAC region, and helping to place them into leading tech employers in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Building deep relationships and partnerships with Technical Managers and HR leaders.
- Understanding clients' hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business environment, and team dynamics.
- Possessing a relentless drive to find and hire top technical talent, with a laser, unbending focus on diversity.
- Acting as a consultant and SME in hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, levelling guidelines, immigration, etc.
- Coordinate with stakeholders from across the organisation to ensure program goals are reached.
- Plan and execute business development activities to expand our partnerships, with employers, universities and other partners.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace, high volume environment, for any or all of the following: Software Engineering and Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure (storage, networking, database, etc.), Data, UI/UX, Cloud, Virtualization, Project Management, Mobile, etc.
- Proven deep client management expertise including partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
- Successful background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, 'hard to fill' roles, and diversity.
- Strong consultative skills, particularly in the areas of salary equity, internal mobility and workforce planning.
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization and problem solving skills.
- Keen eye towards metrics and data, both to self-manage and to facilitate empirical, data-driven conversations.
- You have experience and a strong interest in education, training and development, and in the future of work and the digital economy.
- You are an advocator of trends in the tech industry, including agile, lean, software development, UX design, product design and 21st century management practices.
- You are proactive, autonomous and resourceful with a Can Do attitude, and a natural ability to get things done
- Well developed problem-solving, communication and analytical thinking skills.
- Above all you enjoy working with people, are not afraid to work in a field changing the status quo, and have a passion for what you do.
