**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in full set of accounts, prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure timely recording of accounting entries into accounting system
- Assist Office Admin Manager to check the invoice and prepare payment
- Assist Office Admin Manger to prepare bank and GST reconciliation
- Follow the financial policies and procedures to prepare books
- Handle daily finance operations (AR & AP functions)
- Manage petty cash and bank balances
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Maintain good documentation and filing system
- Other ad-hoc assignment as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- 2 years of related working experience
- Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to serve internal and external customers.
- A attention to detail, high level of numeracy
- Ability to manage deadlines

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
