What You’ll Do
- Build innovative prototypes, pilots, and MVPs that explore the edge of what’s possible in commerce.
- Design, code, test, and document software solutions that are scalable, resilient, and production-ready.
- Collaborate with a global team of engineers and researchers in a high-ownership, fast-moving agile setup.
- Explore emerging tech and assess its potential impact on payments and commerce.
- Help shape architectural decisions and identify the best tools, APIs, and methodologies.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Bring ideas from concept to code and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

What You Bring
- A passion for innovation, emerging tech, and building products that matter.
- Strong experience in software engineering with a proven ability to rapidly prototype and deliver solutions.
- Experience across the stack — from backend (e.g., Java Spring Boot, microservices) to frontend (React/Angular), mobile (iOS/Android), and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of agile development, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and clean coding practices.
- A growth mindset with a “can-do” attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with technologies like langchain, JavaCard, EMV, Azure, or kubernetes.
