YOUR ROLE
- Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, through the provision of engineering support to the production line, so as to achieve organization's targeted manufacturing index.
- Take full ownership on all engineering issues of assigned process.
Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets.
- Maintain, manage & improve department quality key performance index (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, non-conformance lot, excursion etc.)
- Set up robust system for Si & SiC to maintain / perform lowest WAR (Wafer At Risk) level, highest signal to noise ratio on SPC & FDC, and least human dependency.
- Implement Best Known Method (BKM) for overall quality control system through benchmarking.
