This role of a Sales Manager is to lead and develop Sales for the process filtration market (Chemical, Environment, Minerals, Food & Beverage, Palm Oil, Sugar) in South Korea.

【 What you will be doing 】
1. Business Growth
‐ Business development and relationship building on various levels in the supply chain in the ‘Process Filtration’ business segment of South Korea, such as Chemical, Mineral, Environment related direct or indirect customers
‐ Categorize all accounts based on growth potential.
‐ Meet and exceed sales targets for existing and new accounts.

2. Market Penetration
‐ Design and implement a marketing strategy in cooperation with counter partners in the region and headquarter, between Sales/Customer and Production/Development in order to maximize Sales and Business efficiency.
‐ Simultaneously increase company awareness of the client profile and prepare the ground for local Korean projects by developing marketing and sales plans by generating value-added offerings to customers.

3. Projects Management
‐ Initiate market sensing and update information about Korean or global companies in South Korea. Identify decision makers and follow up on potential accounts to build up strategic relationships with key customers and partners.
‐ Generate qualified appointments with potential accounts and new prospects through understanding the specific needs of customers, and regularly updating with standard Project Pipeline format.
‐ Initiate, pursue and successfully close technical projects, aiming for Korean or global business expansion
‐ Lead and push sales opportunities to achieve budget and objectives by preferable value proposition onto Filtration customers or other appropriate partners.

4. Technical & Operational Support
‐ Provide local support in co-operation country and regional team
‐ Acts as the technical interface between Customer and Business/Development/Production to ensure the right solution is provided.
‐ Manage business risks by taking appropriate measures in inventory management, accounts receivables, and quality issues as well as evaluating the credibility of new accounts (in conjunction with our finance department).
‐ Analyze and summarize competitors’ information and trends impacting marketing and sales activities.
‐ Other assignments and administrative related work upon requests.
- ** Requirement**:

- Possess Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the Process Filtration/Components industry
- Fluent in Hangul both written and oral, and basic English is required to liaise with Korean-speaking and English-speaking clients.
- Solid understanding and experience of value-added sales approach to B2B customers
- Technical knowledge about fabricated media or working experiences in Process Filtration is preferable.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibitions
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
