Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all daily activities for our manufacturing operations which requires problem solving as they arise. This position is a working Supervisor who will be working side by side with their crew.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plans and directs plant operations.
- Focuses on driving Safety, quality, and productivity.
- Maintaining a safe environment and recognizing unsafe conditions and practices. The Employee should be able to plan and recommend corrections to prevent injury and property loss.
- Support and conduct safety audits / inspections of the assigned work area and attend periodic safety meetings.
- Monitoring production processes and product quality to ensure they meet the specifications.
- Ensuring proper preventive maintenances and conduct checks on equipment and production area.
- Evaluate source of equipment and process problems. Troubleshoot problems as and when they occur.
- Helping out with production crew as and when needed

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm, Saturday: 8am - 12pm
