You will provide administrative support to the monitoring team in their monitoring activities to ensure effective and efficient operation of the department. You will assist the department in relevant research quality management and compliance support duties. You will establish and maintain a well-organised filing and documentation system, as well as assist in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing and archiving of clinical documentation and reports.

You will ensure that the clinical research management systems and databases are kept up-to-date and support the tracking of site and monitoring performance metrics. You will arrange and coordinate meetings, including the compilation of agenda items, timely dissemination of meeting materials and taking of minutes.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical / Life Sciences or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with good writing skills for writing minutes and reports
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in clinical research, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of medical terminology, clinical research processes, local regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines preferred
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Resourceful, takes initiative and able to manage multiple deadlines concurrently
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
