If you are passionate about clinical trials and research, we want youWhat you will be working on Join our CIO Office as a highly motivated individual passionate about IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Information Technology/Security, Cloud Implementation Methodologies, IT risk assessment, and IT security compliance review. Key Responsibilities: Conduct due diligence, compliance evaluations, gap analyses, and risk assessments on services and solutions provided by third-party vendors. Analyze, prioritize, and classify risks. Draft risk scenarios and recommend risk treatment plans. Perform regular IT security and cyber risk assessments to ensure compliance with policies, and manage IT project risk assessments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for governance alignment and facilitate audits and reviews. Work with procurement teams to develop RFQs and RFPs, establish evaluation criteria, and negotiate contracts. Coordinate investigations of security incidents and implement remediation measures. Support audit initiatives by collaborating with auditors to ensure thorough support and communication. Develop and maintain policies related to IT governance and compliance. Provide security consultancy, technical guidance, solutions, and stakeholder education. Support security awareness initiatives and ensure key cyber hygiene controls are implemented. Support IT solutions, infrastructure, policies, and procedures to improve operational effectiveness. Requirements: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in IT/IS, GRC, or Cybersecurity roles. Experience with IT GRC activities. Knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, hacking, and exploits. Familiarity with Cloud Service Models (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and Cloud Security. Knowledge of Medical Device/Operating Technology. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly motivated and eager to learn. What you need to know The successful candidate will be offered a 3-year renewable contract.
