Job Summary
- The HR/OD Senior Executive will be assisting the HR/OD Manager with the execution and management of HR and OD services and activities to support NCID’s overall HR strategies. The job holder will be involved in organizational development, change management, employee engagement activities and any other adhoc HR projects as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:
- Supports the execution of annual HR activities such as Employee Climate Surveys, pulse surveys and action-planning, and Learning Needs Analysis exercises for staff progression engagement and development;
- Supports the design and implementation of organizational development and change management initiatives and interventions such as workshops, focus groups, interviews, facilitation etc. Performs a business partnering role to departments e.g. Public Health units.
- Supports NCID culture building efforts such as staff engagement, awards and recognition, staff dialogue, Senior Leaders walkabout, onboarding of new hires, etc. This includes meeting room setup, coordinate events/activities, manage participation and post-event/activity feedback Supports the design and implementation of staff learning and development programmes and initiatives such as competency frameworks, learning pathways, etc.
- Assists with/Involves in staff well-being initiatives such as staff appreciation, wellness programmes and activities, adhoc goodwill distribution, etc.
- Assists with/Involves in staff communications platforms and content such as managing internal social media, writing and designing feature stories and articles;
- Be involved in outbreak management; and
- Assists in any other adhoc tasks not listed above.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and equivalent.
- Previous work experience in OD roles or certification in OD will be advantageous.
- Willing to work in an infectious disease management centre and required to go to the wards and clinic (e.g. for adhoc goodwill distribution and Senior Leaders walkabout).
- Possesses good communication skills, positive learning attitude and is adaptable and proactive.
- Possesses basic knowledge of or has experience with graphic design, photo/videography and/or editing tools and software will be advantageous.
- Comfortable with using teleconferencing tools and learning about set-up etc.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, regular office hours.
