**Job Description**:
**Job Summary**:
Carry out administrative and operational duties for various nursing departments and provide administrative support to the Assistant Directors of Nursing in the planning and operation of the Clinical Operations.
**Responsibilities**:
Ensure the efficient and effective operations of the nursing units through the review, standardization and streamlining of workflow and processes.
Provides operational support to Nursing Division on the management of staff surveillance measures with the aim of fast detection and containment of acute infections. The scope includes working as a team to propose strategies and policies on operational processes, workflow design, stakeholder engagement and logistics coordination.
Work closely with relevant departments on special projects, workgroups or committees, to initiate and propose options where possible and see through the implementation to ensure desired outcomes are achieved for all non-clinical issues.
Participate in projects, work with stakeholders and monitor progress of project.
Assist in preparation of budget forecast, planning, projection, utilization and budget paper for Clinical Operation Services.
Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
