**Job Description**:
The Challenges

You will perform haematology related procedures for patients, which include venepuncture, therapeutic venesection, therapeutic plasmapheresis/plasma exchange and intravenous cannulation, and also provide education to patients and caregivers who will be/are undergoing chemotherapy.

You are required to work on a standby 24 hours on-call roster on a rotational basis with the unit nurses for plasmapheresis/plasma exchange procedure.

For the Senior Staff Nurse position, you are also expected to
Oversee HTU’s daily operations
Ensure efficient resource deployment
Review workflows, procedures and documentation in conjunction with the Head of Department of Haematology
Provide preceptorship for the fellow HTU nurses where appropriate

The Requirement

State Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of experience; preferably trained in plasmapheresis/plasma exchange
Highly motivated, ability to work both independently and in a team
Good problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
