**What the role is**
- You will be part of the Programmes Implementation team in our Singapore Water Academy Department. The Singapore Water Academy (SgWA) was set up on 15 February 2016 to better equip our PUB workforce with the technical know-how to perform their duties,and build new capability through centrally planned competency-based training and development. You will support the team in administrative processes which includes:
**What you will be working on**
- Managing/Assisting with course placements such as course registration, attendance taking, on-site and virtual course support, site visits, processing of invoices
- Liaising with vendors on the availability of training dates and classes
- Tracking the progress of Structured On the Job Training for new recruits
- Assisting with the processing of honorarium payments for in-house trainers
- Providing Webinars logistic support, publishing of content and administration of Webinars
- Assisting with the setup and migration of data for online learning platforms
- Assisting in the testing and commissioning of IT systems, platforms and tools for learning
**What we are looking for**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, independent and able to multi-task well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with using communication tools such as Zoom
Office Location: WaterHub (80 Toh Guan Road East)
