We are seeking a highly organised, independent and detail-oriented Training Coordinator Executive to join our team.
**Responsibilities**
The person will coordinate the administration of courses under Community Health Academy (CHA) as assigned.
- Assist with registration, pre and post course administration of courses under Community Health Academy.
- Administer matters relating to Training Provider Gateway for courses under CHA.
- Inspect the company’s premises’ facility structures / fixtures on a monthly basis to determine the need for repairs / servicing and to raise any safety concerns to the Company’s Workplace Safety & Health Management Committee, if necessary.
- Coordinate all servicing, maintenance, installations and refurbishments works relating to the company’s facilities, structure / fixtures including:
- Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as completing maintenance orders as scheduled (eg. fire extinguishers, water dispenser servicing, etc);
- Sourcing of vendors / service providers and submitting recommendations for management’s approval;
- Reporting fault to building management on building services;
- Application of necessary permits and supervision for work execution;
- Notifications to staff / students on any disruptions and inconveniences;
- Ensure proper follow through and closure for the work;
- Any other duties, as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Local polytechnic graduate
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
