Epergne Solutions is looking for a Salesforce Architect.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Analyze customer requirements to design and propose tailored Salesforce architecture and technical solutions.
- Create comprehensive technical solutions in response to RFPs/RFIs and contribute to proposal documentation.
- Engage in due diligence discussions with clients to gather critical inputs for proposal development.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce offerings and position the most suitable ones in solution proposals.
- Conduct proposal walkthroughs, Q&A sessions, and client visits to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce product releases and enhancements to maintain solution relevance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to enhance overall customer experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client interactions and solution delivery.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- 10-12 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on architecting complex Salesforce-based solutions.
- Proficient in the Salesforce ecosystem, including AppExchange products.
- Hands-on expertise in Lightning components, Apex development, web services, APIs, and Lightning Aura/LWC.
- Familiarity with third-party integration strategies compatible with Salesforce.
- Solid grasp of the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and quality assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce's data models and architectural frameworks.

**Interpersonal Skills**
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
- Proven experience with at least three Salesforce cloud products (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, CPQ).
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Adept at collaborating within cross-functional, team-based environments.
