The CCEB Academic (Undergraduate Studies) office seeks a proactive and results-oriented individual with a can-do attitude to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing crucial support to undergraduate students and fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of academic services. Key responsibilities include managing curriculum logistics, facilitating course registration processes, and handling assessment matters with precision and efficiency. This position presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' learning journeys and contribute to the continuous improvement of their academic experiences.

**Programme Operations: Academic Services**
- Curriculum Management
- Semester Timetabling and Course Registration
- Examination Matters
- Internship and exchange coordination FYP/IRP/URECA matters
- Maintain website content
- Process LOA, Course Change, Exemption, reinstatement etc
- Student Feedback Matters
- Maintain proper documentation, archival and updates of UG materials e.g. study plan, syllabus etc

**Other duties**
- Work on initiatives on improving the current processes
- Deliver a superior level of customer service and programme satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in any ad hoc matters as delegated

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher degree, in any discipline
- Task oriented and ability to manage tight deadlines
- Proactive and a positive attitude towards work tasks
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to navigate the fast-changing education landscape
- Excellent team player who is able to prioritise team and organisation needs
- Assertive and meticulous
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong ability to communicate (verbal and written skills) effectively with students, faculty and team members, to foster a collaborative environment and build positive relationships to achieve common objectives
