Singapore NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM PTE. LTD. Full time

The Head, Healthcare Systems & Operations will support the NGEMR NUHS FG7 Lead* and be the key point of contact for ensuring the design, and key workflows, of the NGEMR operational modules support and enable the NUHS Care Plan and delivery of One Specialty, Multiple Sites. They will work in partnership with GCMB, GCMIO & CMIOS, Institution leadership and COOs to implement plans that enable the delivery of key NUHS workplans and strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend NGEMR FG7 NHG-NUHS weekly meeting, and Chair NUHS meetings, to deliberate on issues surfaced for harmonisation, approval or resolution.
- Lead the ongoing performance, optimisation and streamlining of the OneNUHS Appointment Scheduling system. Be the key POC for institution COOs and Ops colleagues, NUP Clinical Services, Group Contact Centre and Group Clinical Ops to ensure optimal end to end referral processes.
- Work in partnership with GCMIO, Institution CMIOs, other NGEMR FGs, NHG and external partners (such as IHIS and Epic) to optimise NGMER post implementation, e.g. maintenance of the SER and provider records in EPIC, harmonisation of physician ranking etc.
- Work in partnership with institutional COOs and Operations teams to optimise, harmonise and streamline key workflows and system design to support NUHS care delivery, at sites and across sites.
- Work in partnership with COO, Group Service Transformation and GCDO on key strategic initiatives such as OneNUHS app, telemedicine adoption, care plan technology map.
- Lead for NUHS for national strategic projects, such as Billing Transformation, eFC, Population Health.

**Job Requirements**:

- Basic degree in any discipline
- Leadership experience of at least 5 years
- Healthcare Operational or IT experience will be advantageous although not necessary
- Experience with Project Management
- Proactive and builds team players
- Excellent track records as a leader and strong communicator
- Ability to work across different organisations and levels
- To progress to being FG7 lead with time_
