This position will have the opportunity to lead the Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies team as part of the Innovation Hub (iHUB) established with the support of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). The position will require learning new skills and deploying the AM technologies into the global Collins environment as well as Singapore Operations.

The AM Lab Lead position is responsible for the effective operation of the Singapore Additive Manufacturing Center, including initial setup and sustained efficiency to meet the increased demand and deliverables of the EDB grant. Primary responsibilities include:

- Evaluate AM systems and peripheral equipment for procurement and development
- Executing facility re-design, machine installation and comissioning
- Generate standard operating procedures for above mentioned systems
- Drive laboratory Environmental Health & Safety activities
- Facilitate maintenance procedures
- Establish and execute production processes
- Develop build file management and configuration control
- Manage inventory and certify quality of raw materials and equipment
- Streamline post processing operations
- Generate intellectual property in relation to process methods
