Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of banking projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and timelines.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $9,000.00 per month
