- Partner with functional leaders to build the right capability and streamline processes and facilitating LEAN fundamentals

- Establish with functional leaders Key Performance Indicators in the areas of costs benefits, people and quality.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum five years in Lean Six Sigma experience
- Minimum three years of Project Management experience in managing multiple projects with varying levels of management responsibilities and complexity.
- Hands-on experience in managing cross functional projects or changes throughout all levels of business
- Proven track record in leading and facilitating process improvement projects.
- Experience with Design Thinking, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Innovation to deliver quality and value-added services
- Experience with project delivery methodologies like DMAIC, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and positively influence leadership and all levels of the organization
