The mobile-first Singlife Account - with a Singlife Debit Card - allows customers to save, spend, earn and be insured all in one app. Singlife with Aviva was formed by the merger of Aviva Singapore and Singlife. First announced in September 2020 and valued at S$3.2 billion, it was the largest insurance deal in Singapore at the time and created one of the largest homegrown financial services companies in the republic.

**Purpose of the Role**
- Building and leading the digital propositions team as a part of digital first solutions

**Role Attributes**
- Drive acquisition for digital products amongst Singlife’s existing policyholders
- Deepen the adoption and value of holdings of digital first solutions products across Singlife’s customers base

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support growth of digital first solutions e.g. digital wealth, cards/ payments (Singlife account) etc.
- Develop a deep understanding of Singlife’s existing customer segments and tailor digital conversion mechanisms/ marketing outreach
- Improve customer journeys to drive upsell/ cross-sell, via organic engagement with Singlife’s digital products, within the app/ web portal
- Optimise consideration and conversion outcomes across the acquisition funnel, through automated journey optimization tools and interventions
- Build, test and manage propositions that drive tiered upsell/ cross-sell of digital products
- Set up marketing capabilities and cadence and oversee all marketing efforts
- Manage marketing budgets to delivered predetermined business outcomes

**Requirements
Experience
- Broad experience in growth marketing, preferably in startup/ entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in direct to consumer products in any sub-segment within the wider fintech umbrella
- Experience in working with product team to embed marketing opportunities in customer facing portals (App/ web)
- Experience in developing and deliver marketing campaigns/ tacticals, managing marketing budgets in line with business priorities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and experienced in building and managing a team

Education

Academic: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
