What you will do:
- Do Sales Reconciliations, Handles Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Procurement system - compare purchase orders against supplier invoices and accept the invoices in the system.
- Reconcile Suppliers SOA against Accounting Software Records
- Prepare AP and AR List
- Reconcile Intercompany Invoices
- Review and process employee expense claims to ensure they are in accordance with the company’s internal control regulations
- Assist in month end accounting reporting requirements
- Support Financial Accounting roles
- Do weekly collection of documents from outlets.
- Manage accounting/Finance Documents.
- Any other tasks as deemed appropriate
