The Two-Tone Movement started in several parts of British cities in the late 1970s, and the insurgence of Ska-Reggae music and culture. Heavily influenced by the above, 2Tone Barber & Retail started in the year 2020 when without knowing, was hit by the "coronavirus" pandemic. And today, we are one of the leading and the only black and white gentlemen barber in the heart of Haji Lane.

We are in the market to look out for a superstar with great interpersonal skills, appreciate subculture music and theme, likewise driven and positive attittude with great confidence in dealing with people.

Your role
- Greeting clients as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list if necessary.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
- Maintain good communication and relationship with the clients
- Assigning the clients to the right barbers in conjunction to making them comfortable
- Engaging with clients to ensure they're happy with our service and control loyalty to the business
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
- Answering phone calls, taking bookings, and managing walk-in clients
- A knowledge of our service and packages
- Providing great customer service
