Perform daily administrative duties for online e-commerce orders and basic customer service
- Other admin work and data entry work such as sorting of documents, copy, scanning, etc
- Attend to phone calls and other general operational duties
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
- Able to work independently and with the team
- Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organized
- Required skill(s): Computer knowledge, MS Excel
- Additional experience in Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, and Amazon will be an advantage.
- Must be able to handle refunds, returns, and customer feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $1,700.00 - $2,300.00 per month
