To support their business growth, they are looking for an Independent Director to join the client advisory team in Singapore.
**Key Responsibilities**
Being part of the client services team, the objective of this position is to provide highest quality of services to clients, and to participate in strategic corporate development for the business.
You will:
- Collaborate with a team of seasoned business professionals to provide directorship services to clients including asset managers, family offices, corporates and FIs
- As a team, you will provide consulting services for clients’ fund or business setup in Cayman, BVI, Singapore or other jurisdictions
- Participate in full-cycle of business cases by understanding business challenges, evaluating local regulations, governance framework, operational setup, risk appetite, corporate structure etc.
- Engage in sharp and strong presentations to clients at board level, provide solutions and consulting services Design and implement corporate development strategies in support of business growth
**Key Requirements**
- Degree holder or above
- At least 13-15 years’ experience in a directorship or leadership position with solid knowledge in the fund industry
- Prior exposure to Cayman and BVI fund business will be an advantage
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to speak up in board meetings
- Value a flat and transparent corporate culture, passionate to grow together with a new business
- Speaks fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
