**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Oversee Talent Acquisition & Management Functions**
- Oversees Talent Acquisition & Talent Management functions, aligning depth, quality & engagement across both groups.
- Develops vision for enterprise Talent function that incorporates end to end orientation across all Equinix lines of business.
- Lead strategy development, execution, and operations of the talent lifecycle from attraction to succession planning.
- Conduct day-to-day management activities associated with the ongoing Talent Center of Excellence partnering closely with the other HR Centers and Client Services.
**Talent Strategy & Leadership**
- Develop a 3-year talent strategy and playbook that incorporates enterprise and functional business requirements that is delivered through a lens of employee experience.
- Participate at the executive level in decisions about strategic priorities and planning, ensuring
- Talent Acquisition and Management is fully integrated.
- Bring an expert perspective to equity in talent. Ensure that Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging is woven into all Equinix’s talent-related activities.
- Set vision for and lead highly skilled Talent team to develop solutions for managers and employees related to recruiting, career growth, onboarding, and management development.
- Strengthen & advance existing talent strategies and develop new strategies through internal & external partnerships.
**Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management**
- Lead Organization Effectiveness & Change Management teams supporting business focused people initiatives within divisions and cross functionally.
- Offer direction and thought leadership for OE & Change Management programs and practices in partnership with HR practice areas and business leaders.
- Oversee strategic and/or multi-functional projects resulting in human capital recommendations to address performance gaps and build required capability and craft high impact implementation plans.
**Onboarding Strategy**
- Develop vision for enterprise onboarding strategy that incorporates end-to-end orientation.
- Enhance development program which integrates coaching, talent reviews, leadership capability and learning solutions.
**Build Talent Function**
- Align cross-functional teams: align all cross-functional stakeholders through an approach that will better enable regional leadership and global alignment in region.
- Shape a collaborative, transparent, and entrepreneurial culture, in tandem with the corporate leadership team and transformation change story.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development to talent team.
**Shape Equinix’s culture**
- Contribute to the evolution of Equinix’s culture, philosophy and associated programs.
- Maintain enterprise-wide culture optimizing the passion and potential of our employees.
